About JPA

J. Price Architecture, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Jeffrey C. Price when he established a home office in Liberty, Missouri. Seven years later, Jeff partnered with longtime colleague Bryan Boyd and today, the firm has grown from a one-man operation to a highly respected, full-service firm with an established reputation in commercial architecture and development. JPA offices are located on the Liberty Square.

JPA's extensive portfolio of commercial development projects are spread throughout the Midwest and East Coast, covering a 20-state area. From inception, JPA has nurtured professional relationships with private commercial developers that focus on quality, value, and client satisfaction. These values have helped the firm establish a diverse and stable client base consisting of repeat relationships with dozens of mutual projects completed. Our work scope has spanned from the small tenant finish and facade remodels to 25 million dollar complexes.  We invite you to explore our project portfolio to learn more about this wide range of projects and ventures.

JPA has grown to offer full-service interior design and installation. JPA also has 3D modeling, presentation services and production drafting services. These additions have created a “one-stop” environment for our family of clients.

Our process begins by understanding our client’s vision and goals for the project. With those items in hand, we go to work examining possible solutions and developing program to reach that goal. This can involve developing preliminary site layouts, rough building layouts, character sketches or 3D modeling. All of this is done to find the solution that satisfies our client’s agenda and meets all applicable codes quickly so that budgets can be established and visions can become reality.

About the Owner

Jeff Price established J. Price Architecture, Inc. in 1999, after he and his wife, Michelle, decided to relocate the family to her hometown of Liberty, Missouri with their young family.

Jeff was born in Walnut Creek, California and grew up in a transient family life, which moved him around the World and throughout the United States. His love of art, history and fascination with buildings led him to an early desire to have a career in Architecture. “I have wanted to be an Architect as long as I could remember.”

Jeff was awarded his Bachelors of Architecture Degree in 1991 from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. May of 1991, Jeff joined BCCGBN Architects and Engineers in Little Rock, Arkansas. In July 1993, Jeff took an opportunity to join Steelman, Connell & Moseley Architects P.A. in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jeff received his Architecture license in 1995 and continued working for Steelman, Connell & Moseley as a Senior Associate until 1999 when he and his wife decided to relocate the family. “We started JPA in a one room office with just me, a lap top computer and a mission statement. We have been truly blessed by our success and growth.”

Since 1999, the firm has grown steadily. The success of our projects have created many strong repeat client relationships. In 2004, Jeff and Michelle constructed the office at 105 W. Kansas, where the firm continues to grow. Jeff and Michelle also purchased and renovated the building across the street for the growing company to occupy. “We keep growing, but our philosophy remains the same. I hope our success continues to bring us new client relationships.”
