2012 is looking positive for JPA and our clients. The 50,000 square foot Liberty Clinic is taking formation and is on track to open in the summer of 2012. We are also working on an outpatient imaging center for the unfinished space remaining on the lower level with in the Clinic's building. Harp's Food stores has several new and remodeled stores under construction and in planning. Ball's Foods is approaching design completion on a new Northland grocery store and their pie production facility is scheduled to open in 2012. B&B Theatres opened a new 12 screen in Ozark, Missouri and plans are underway for their largest theatre to date in Wylie, Texas. The Towne Place apartments in Chesapeake, Virginia have been branded "Aura" and construction is well underway. JPA and Bonaventure Realty Group continue developing luxury multi-family properties on the east coast. We are looking forward to a successful year ahead.
